EGG(LESS) NOG RECIPE (2 servings)
Ingredients
- 8oz Perennial Daily Gut & Brain - Vanilla
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (or more if you like sweetener eggnog)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/16 tsp ground cardamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- Your favorite bourbon (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients with a whisk & enjoy!
HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
Ingredients
- 8oz Perennial Daily Gut & Brain - Chocolate
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin or peppermint extract (optional)
- vegan marshmallows
Directions
- Pour Perennial Daily Gut & Brain into a microwave safe container.
- Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds - being careful not to overheat.
- Add your favorite extract, marshmallows and enjoy!
